The course starts at 10.30 am and we aim to finish by 16.30.

The course will take place at The Haruka Studio, 24-28 High Street, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 5AN

Please bring a packed lunch with you, There will be refreshments and snacks throughout the day.

The Zarzo basket originates from Northern Spain (as far as I understand!), the basket is made with the traditional Catalan base. This workshop is suitable for those new to the craft of basket weaving as well as those who have an interest in developing their skills in basketry/willow work. To make this basket we will be working on the floor for some of the time.

Please note that basket weaving can be hard on the hands and takes some focus.

If for any reason you can’t attend the course, I will refund in full up to 7 days prior to the course (please let me know by the eve of the 7th July), but cancellations within the 7 day prior will not be refunded.
